This Cherry Delights Recipe is a no-cook delight and a hit with Christmas treat lovers.
1 1/2 cups icing sugar 1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sweetened coconut 2 tablespoons milk
1 cup of red Maraschino cherries
1 cup of graham wafer crumbs or crushed walnuts (or some of both if you prefer)
Cream butter and icing sugar until very fluffy. Stir in coconut.
Chill until easy to handle.
Drain cherries well.
Roll into a balls, putting a cherry in the middle.
Roll in graham cracker crumbs or crushed walnuts.
Chill and keep refrigerated.
